Artwork and matting are great, as described. A bit disappointed in frame quality. Description said “ high quality gray wood display case frame”. It's actually fake printed wood.
Joy custom made this piece for me to the size specifications and color frame I requested. When it arrived, the frame was damaged but thankfully not the artwork. She was very kind and responsive about making things right and had me send some photos of the damage and then she sent a new frame. She was very nice to work with and I'm so pleased with her heart pebble artwork! I love it!
