Returns & Refunds

You may request a return and refund for all non-custom items within 14 days of delivery, as confirmed by the carrier. You may choose to either:

• Pay for your own return shipping, or
• Request a pre-paid return label (the cost of which will be deducted from your final refund).

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In the same condition you received them (unused and undamaged)
• Returned with proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

If your return is accepted, we’ll send detailed return instructions and, if requested, a pre-paid return label. Items sent back without first requesting a return will be accepted, but no refund will be issued (restocking fee applies).

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

• Custom or personalized orders, including those with names, dates, quotes, color changes, etc.
• Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you want is to place a new order and return the original item (if eligible). That said, feel free to email us with any specific timing or product questions.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery — for any reason. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status. If approved:

• A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Pebble Art is handcrafted using natural materials, and we recommend keeping the artwork behind the protective glass it arrives in.

To clean the glass, use water and a microfiber cloth, or Windex for smudges and fingerprints. To remove dust from the piece itself, gently use a dry, soft cloth.

In the rare event that a piece becomes detached (usually due to shipping or movement), it can be reattached using any household super glue—such as Gorilla Glue, E6000, or even Elmer’s Glue. Allow the glue to fully cure for 24 hours before standing the piece upright.

For display, we recommend using the standard picture hanging hardware on the back of the shadowbox frame. While the frame can stand on its own, please only do so on a stable, low-traffic surface like a desk or shelf, as it is not as secure as frames with built-in kickstands and may tip if bumped.

As with all handmade art, we recommend handling with care and avoiding prolonged direct sunlight, which can fade some natural materials over time.the question here.
