MATERIAL AND CARE
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays) and ship within 3–7 business days from our studio in Boulder, Colorado.
Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $35 (before taxes and fees)
All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS First Class International (if address is outside of the continental US)
Expedited shipping (USPS Priority or Express) is available at checkout

If your return is accepted, we’ll send detailed return instructions and, if requested, a pre-paid return label. Items sent back without first requesting a return will be accepted, but no refund will be issued (restocking fee applies).

Exchanges: The quickest way to get what you want is to place a new order and return the original item (if eligible). That said, feel free to email us with any specific timing or product questions.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery — for any reason. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Visible Damage to the Box Upon Receipt (>99% of cases): Sadly, damage does happen during transit and it is usually visible on the shipping box (dented, torn, crushed, or wet). If this occurs, please send us several clear photos of both the packaging and the artwork so we can file a claim with USPS. While we work to recover the claim, we’ll also work with you to replace your piece as quickly as possible.
An Element of the Art is Loose or Detached (<% of cases): In the rare case that a small element has simply come loose or detached due to a rough trip, it can almost always be easily reattached with household super glue or even Elmer’s glue. That said, if you’d prefer guidance or help from a professional, we’re happy to support you there so please do reach out!
We’re certainly happy to try! Many of our pieces can be personalized — customers often add names, dates, quotes, or short messages.
