You may request a return and receive a refund for all non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom or personalized orders, including those with names, dates, quotes, color changes, etc. unless of course, we made a mistake on our part.

Orders over $35 include free ground shipping with USPS. We also offer USPS Priority or Express shipping. If your address requires UPS or Fedex, please let us know and we will do our best to accomodate.

Orders typically ship within 2-5 business days of purchase from Broomfield, CO. If you need us to ship quicker, please send a note and we will do our best to accomodate if at all possible.

We are a family run business based in Broomfield, CO. If you are ordering locally, you are more than welcome to come by and pick up your order. Just shoot us a message.

Our standard frames are 9x9", 6x8" or 9x11". They are shadow box frames with a glass front. We mostly use the driftwood gray, brown color but for some pictures, we can offer black or white as an alternative.
